Furniture Policies

FURNITURE ITEMS:

Contact me to discuss the product(s) you’re interested in. Some customizing is available (ie stain/color, coat, etc). Furniture is custom built so orders may take up to 3 weeks + shipping time.

FURNITURE PAYMENT:

I accept PayPal payments. Payment is required once details have been confirmed. Order will be canceled if payment is not made within 24 hours of confirmation/receiving an invoice. If you for some reason cannot make payment within 24 hours, please contact me.

FURNITURE SHIPPING:
I ship to the address listed in PayPal, please make sure it is all correct before you purchase (including a phone number). I am not responsible for anything that is shipped to the wrong address. If you need your order shipped to a different address, please contact me and I will make the necessary changes.

I typically will ship FedEx ground however I will shop for the best price. A tracking number (if available from the carrier) will be provided. Please let me know if you require any special upgrades (faster shipping, confirmation, etc)

Shipping charge is not negotiable. You will need to sign for your package. If you have any specific shipping information (ie. leave on back porch) please let me know so I can specify when shipping.

Although most packages should be delivered on time and in good condition there is a chance that there could be delayed or damages. If you have a delay with delivery please contact the carrier. If your item is damaged do not discard the original package. Please contact me so we can discuss the issue with the carrier.

FURNITURE CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS:

I will consider cancellations and refunds on a case by case basis (shipping fees will not be refunded) but only after conversing with me on the issues and once I’ve received the item back in its original condition with original packaging included. Return shipping will be at the Buyers expense.

I will not issue a refund for damage due to shipping/carriers mistakes. You will have to approach the carrier for this claim. Every package will be insured at the purchase price.
