***While I'm thrilled to share my step-by-step directions, the good and the bad, these are intended for your personal use. I'm always happy to hear and see what my bloggers have been working on. BUT a lot of work goes into these creations and while I have no issues sharing so you are able to create the work for your precious homes please understand that selling an exact duplication of my designs is highly frowned upon. :( Please always be considerate of another artists work. Thank you!***

Thanks for hosting, Becca! I hope you and your family are healing after having let sweet Nadia go. I completely understand how you feel. This past Aug., my sweet 17 yr. old cat passed away naturally in my arms. So sweet and sad at the same time. This year when putting up the Christmas tree I couldn't help but tear up a bit because she loved it when all of the boxes came out for decorating. Once the tree was up and the skirt underneath she would run and claim her spot and she would stay there only to leave to eat and get some loving from a family member. I miss seeing her sleeping under the tree. But, like you, we gave her a good and loving home. I loved seeing your pictures of sweet Nadia. Such a happy face! I wish you well as you heal. Have a lovely weekend. Toodles, Kathryn @TheDedicatedHouse
ReplyDeleteThanks Kathryn! Decorating the tree was hard for me as well. I always had to place the plastic ornaments on the bottom half of the tree because Nadia's tail knocked off ornaments all the time. I learned the hard way after our first year with her and lost almost all my glass ornaments. :/ Last year I made salt dough ornaments to hang on the tree. She managed to eat all the ones on the lower half. The hubby and I sat and laughed about it this year (and cried a little). Thanks for sharing your story.
