New Additions ~ No. 2
Don't forget to stop by and Like my Facebook Page! DIY Vintage Chic.
I thought it was time for a New Additions Post. My last New Addition Post was several small projects combined together. Check out some of those projects!
For Christmas my mom did some thrift shopping for me! One of my gifts was this vintage ash bucket.
Currently we don't have a fireplace so for now it's been turned into a plant holder.
The other vintage gift I received were these old suitcases. They're adorable but we don't have a ton of floor space. So I turned them sideways to use as shelves.
Adding more beach themed items for our Bedroom Cottage. You may recognize the bundle of seashells and flowers in towards the back. It's my Wedding Bouquet from the Wedding DIY Crafts Post. And on the hubby's last Army training he picked up this cute little beach chair frame for me.
After completing the Beach Signs I needed to decorate the dresser in front of them. I added my Wood Burned Frame {again from the Wedding DIY Crafts}.
I also added more Adirondack Chair Frames. We had a few left over from the wedding. We gave them as gifts. And if you've never looked through a Post Secret book I highly suggest you check them out. I also added the potpourri burner. The burner along with an Ocean Scent were stocking stuffers from the hubby.
Next I updated an old Terrarium. Do you remember the old Pepsi Crate Plant Holder post? Well, turns out it's a big hassle to remove each of those plants to water them every few days. So I had plenty of succlents to replant.
I threw them in the terrarium with some cute, tiny clay pots.
I wanted them to look a little messy so I just let the pots fall wherever.
I'm growing peppers this year! We've been going through about 6-7 peppers every week between the two of us if not more so I finally decided to try planting my own. Here are my red peppers growing quickly!
The green peppers.... they're being a little more stubborn. :(
And then there's my Antique Pulley. Still trying to figure out a project for this guy.
Thanks for stopping by!

Why is there a knife in my pot? Go read through my Plant Maker post to see. |

***While I'm thrilled to share my step-by-step directions, the good and the bad, these are intended for your personal use. I'm always happy to hear and see what my bloggers have been working on. BUT a lot of work goes into these creations and while I have no issues sharing so you are able to create the work for your precious homes please understand that selling an exact duplication of my designs is highly frowned upon. :( Please always be considerate of another artists work. Thank you!***
